Option 1:

Short Term Private House One Student or Family 

Daily Rate:FAA Short Term Daily Rate

* Excludes Household Supplies

Each House is 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, Fully Furnished and all bills included.

Includes Gym Membership @ Biffs 24 hr Fitness 

Option 3:

Long Term Private Family or Private One Person Housing

Daily Rate: $90 per day

FAA Long Term Daily Student Lodging Rate PLUS additional charge of $27.60 per day to be paid.

Each House is 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, Fully Furnished and all bills included.

Option 2:

Long Term 2 Person The student will share this house with 1 (one) other FAA Employee $62.40 per person

*Excludes Household Supplies

Each House is 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, Fully Furnished and all bills included.

The student will share this house with another FAA Student.

Each student has own Bedroom, bathroom and garage space.

There will be one unused bedroom..

*DOG OK with $200 FEE Plus if any damages must sign PET Contract *CAT OK with $200 FEE Plus if any damages must sign PET Contract No Pets under a year old

No outside only pets

Must have current Vet Vaccine Records

Proof of Flea & Tick Treatment

Must have crate
