Option 1: Three (3) Person Option 1: Long Term Three Person $45.00 per Student

Daily Rate $45.00 per person includes Household supplies

The student will share this house with 2 (Two) other FAA Students. The student will share this house with TWO (2) other FAA Students.

Each student has own Bedroom Master Bedroom - Private bath NO Garage Parking 2nd Bedroom - Shared Bath with Garage Parking 3rd Bedroom - Shared Bath with Garage Parking.

*DOG OK with $200 FEE Plus if any damages must sign PET Contract *CAT OK with $200 FEE Plus if any damages must sign PET Contract No Pets under a year old No outside only pets Must have current Vet Vaccine Records Proof of Flea & Tick Treatment Must have crate​

Option 2: Long Term Two Person FAA Long Term Per Diem Rate per Student Daily Rate per person.

Does NOT include House supplies The student will share this house with 1 (one) other FAA Student.

Short Term Private House One Student or Family

Daily Rate:FAA Short Term Daily Rate * Excludes Household Supplies

Each House is 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, Fully Furnished and all bills included. Includes Gym Membership @ Temple 24 hr Fitness 

Option 4: Long Term Private House( Rate - $140.00 per night Includes Gym Membership @ Temple 24 hr Fitness  *excludes Household supply list.
